Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

 

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at support@ghostblvd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and support you through the process.

 

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Some items, such as luxury watches or limited releases, may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions (outlined on product pages). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.
